VIP Program

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

WHEREAS, the foreign affairs of the Ministry of Defense aims to extend communication and entry to visitors, whom are referred VERY IMPORTANT PERSONS

WHEREAS, to increase the fund of the treasury, the VIP PROGRAM aims to attract willing civilians to donate monetary values in exchange for benefits such as:
            a. HQ access
            b. VIP area access
            c. Meeting access

II. PACKAGES

WHEREAS, to further extend the VIP PROGRAM, 3 different packages are offered to the public and also the personnels in interest, which are:

a. STANDARD PASS - 500 million credits
receive the incentives such as:
            a.1. VIP access pass

b. SPECIAL PASS - 1 billion credits
receive the incentives such as:
            b.1. VIP access pass
            b.2. HQ access pass

PROVIDED, they are in familiarity of manning the workstation mentioned

c. EXECUTIVE PASS - 1.5 billion credits
receive the incentives such as
            c.1. HQ access pass
            c.2. VIP access pass
            c.3. Chill-area access pass

PROVIDED, they are in familiarity of manning the workstation mentioned

IN CIRCUMSTANCES THAT
            a. an executive order is issued by the Prime Minister as approved by the council, the program may be overridden
            b. a call on order to suspend the program is made

THEN, the program will be voided to make way for the order executed.


III. PURCHASES

WHEREAS, the individual of interest may approach any personnel from the OFFICE OF THE SECURITY COUNCIL ONLY or as prescribed

WHEREAS, all funds must be given to the treasury holder and be audited for financial recording

IV. TERMINATION OF VIP PASSES

WHEREAS, in case of:
            a. Rules and regulations are not followed
            b. Unanimous decision

THEN, a TERMINATION of VIP PASSES to an individual may be executed provided that the ministry has its cause explanation

V. REFUND

WHEREAS, a termination of VIP PASSES is made, NO REFUND will be given to the individual who requests for such

WHEREAS, concluding, that all purchases from the Ministry of Defense are NON-REFUNDABLE, however, transferable in certain cases

VI. TERMS

WHEREAS, terms and regulation of the VIP program may be changed without notice.
